UK Facilities

Whilst the majority of workshops and training courses take place in client countries, we are able to offer residential courses at the University of Wolverhampton’s Telford Campus. The campus is a peaceful location that contains everything that residential course participants need, from accommodation and modern learning facilities to social and leisure facilities.

Learning Facilities

Teaching rooms are light and spacious, flexibly furnished for participatory learning and all equipped with sound and projection facilities. The University provides one of the largest wireless networks in UK Higher Education, allowing remote access to the Internet across all its campuses. The state-of-the-art Visualization Centre gives scope to provide further professional support, and training via distance learning.

The local area

There are frequent and cheap buses into the Telford Town Centre, just 10 minutes away, where there are lots of high street shops, an ice-rink, pubs, sports facilities, restaurants, a bowling alley, nightclubs, ski-centre and a large park. There are also local heritage sites of historical interest and we regularly arrange day trips for our guests.

Accessibility

The Telford Campus is very accessible for visitors and students with disabilities or additional needs. Please visit the University’s accessibility pages for full details of parking, lifts, induction loops and emergency information.
