CIDT is concerned with improving organisational performance and delivering project effectively whilst ensuring that the work the organisations do has a meaningful impact on the external beneficiaries. We facilitate results-oriented tools helpful for facilitating the development of results frameworks for projects, programmes or institutions; funding proposals; and strategic plans.

Who?

CIDT strengthen the capacity of: individuals; teams and organisations; programmes and projects; and institutions (through national, regional, or global frameworks and strategies).

How?

CIDT use a set of well-structured, practical tools to facilitate analysis and decision-making for strategic and operational planning, risk management, progress monitoring, and outcome/impact evaluation. These tools include Results Frameworks and Theory of Change.
