Stakeholder Analysis

Course overview

Stakeholder Analysis is increasingly a prerequisite for project/program design and funding proposals. It is also a useful tool to inform strategies for strengthening organizational partnerships or addressing reputational risks at the institutional level.

This workshop explores questions of who might have an interest in addressing your key problem and who should be involved in the project life cycle. Why do we involve others in the project?

Participants will obtain key skills and knowledge in undertaking stakeholder engagement activities and stakeholder analysis.
