Sarah is a highly skilled trainer and facilitator with over 20 years international development experience. She specialises in participatory governance, communication and community engagement with a particular focus on the design and delivery of capacity development programmes and training of trainers. Within CIDT’s forest governance portfolio, Sarah has an ongoing role as a capacity development specialist supporting Civil Society and Community stakeholders in Liberia, Cameroon and Central African Republic and she also leads the Centre’s forest governance curriculum development work in South East Asia. Sarah is an experienced project and programme cycle management trainer and has facilitated personal effectiveness and change management training for a range of development organisations.
