Rachel has 25 years’ experience in development management and livelihoods improvement through the development of citizen voice and community engagement. With a technical background in water management and post-harvest crop storage, Rachel has significant experience of long and short term technical assistance in mainly African and Asian countries as extension worker, training manager, project leader and facilitator on climate change, natural resources management, institutional strengthening and citizenship strengthening projects. She delivers capacity development, participatory training, facilitation and professional development programmes internationally as well as undertaking quality assurance, results based management and programme cycle management capacity strengthening for a wide range of public sector actors, development partners and civil society organisations. Her current work focuses on climate learning.
