Kim is a bilingual (English/French) international development professional specialising in Management for Development Results/Results Based Management (MfDR/RBM) and various forms of capacity development. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Teaching and Training with a concentration in Organizational Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. A dynamic project/program manager, an organizational development specialist, and a skilled trainer and facilitator, Kim’s 16 years of experience includes almost 10 years being based in sub-Saharan Africa and short-term assignments in almost two dozen countries within Africa, Europe and Asia. Her areas of expertise include: results-based project/program design; proposal development; strategic planning; results frameworks and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems; and knowledge management. She co-leads CIDT’s Management for Development Results (MfDR) technical area and coordinates internal Management Information Systems (MIS), among other responsibilities.
