Ella is a capacity development specialist working cross-sectorally, with a strong track record in conducting programme evaluation and review. In her eleven years at CIDT, Ella has worked extensively in Results-Based Management, offering technical assistance in the design and refinement of results frameworks and capacity development in the logical framework approach and monitoring and evaluation. Ella is a specialist facilitator of capacity development (CD) for Continuous Professional Development of international development professionals.  She facilitates organisational learning including organisational capacity analysis and more recently, the development of RBM online learning packages. Ella has worked extensively in supporting national project and programmes, most recently the Secretariat of the Government of Rwanda’s Fund for Climate and Environment in their institutional and capacity development.  As Team Leader for a range of contracts for DFID, UNV, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, UNIDO, ILO, Plan UK and more, Ella has worked across technical sectors, predominantly in Africa and Asia. Ella has broad experience in the management of contracts, client relations/communications and familiarity with the systems and procedures of Bilateral and Multilateral donors, Multilateral Development Banks and UN Agencies.
