Philip Dearden
Head of Centre

We are a lean team comprised of inter-disciplinary, multi-lingual staff that are all capacity strengthening experts with proven skills in training and facilitation, providing technical assistance and advisory services, and designing, managing and supporting the monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) of project and programmes. Working in pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), our highly experienced staff members have technical specialisms in: Natural Resources Management; Forestry and Forest Governance; Climate Change; Education; Public Health; Gender, Results-Based Management (RBM), monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL); and more.

Our staff works closely with a small network of trusted Associates and a wider network of specialised Consultants worldwide. We also work with many different strategic and implementing partners at global and local levels. This includes organisational partnerships across public and private sectors, academia and civil society.  Our assignments have enhanced capacity at global, regional, sub-regional, national and/or local levels.
