Alumni Catch-Up

We caught up with Cecile at our Forest Governance Forum in Cameroon. Cecile studied with us in 1994 on a course centred around Community Forestry for local development. Since then she has made many successful achievements in the areas of community forestry and the integration of gender and women’s rights.
